Extended Twitter Profiles
profiles.im is a simple service that does two things:
- Provides you with an extended public profile to go with your Twitter account.
- Adds your profile to a searchable directory of Twitter users, so likeminded people can find and follow you more easily.
The best part is, if you're on Twitter, then you already have a profiles.im account. Just log in with your Twitter username and password to import your basic details from Twitter and pick your unique profiles.im URL.
You can then edit your profile page, complete as many fields as you like, choose whether to display your latest tweets and even add the contents of an RSS feed. For developers, we even have an API.
